Payment and cancelation conditions
These are general hotel policies for Chartfield Guesthouse. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 49.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 249.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs ZAR 75.00 per day.
